The festival organizer Charmaine Mrwebi author, publisher, storyteller founded this festival as she celebrates 15 years in the publishing profession having written over 30 books, and published 100 authors and performed internationally in Botswana and Swaziland, taking South Africa books across boarders. 

A book festival that promises to promote reding, writing, showcase of Thaba Nchu talent and history as a tourism destination of the only Setswana speaking group of people in the Free State. A tailormade festival that will cater for all reading and creative needs of Thaba Nchu and neighboring towns that will energize its community to fall in love with reading written in their mother tongue.
